Just got back from the courthouse. KIII-TV News was interviewing Pat when I got there, then went to talk with the Shexlickers who're set up on another table a few feet to the right as you come in the door. Pat tells me Caroline Moon and Senator Truan and set things straight with County Judge Shamsie after the Shexlickers tried to usurp the BAC table.
The Shexlickers sure must have spent a pretty penny getting those huge displays touting whatever-it-is around their new table. I tuned out their commercial, as it were. Maybe I'll have time to read what they say tomorrow, or maybe not. Pat says the signers are having no problem walking around the hoopla to reach the petitions, so I hope to be too busy to look. As I told Pat, you don't actually have to see fresh cow pie to avoid stepping in it. _________________ The Trash Heap Has Spoken!

I found a couple of articles from november 2004 in the cct that deeply discussed the resort but not one mention of any vehicle restrictions on the beach by shexnailder. Also found one where the city manager told the paper that the city leases 300 feet south along the channel where the park was promised in the TIF but he states the city has no legal right to designate that land for any purpose because it is leased from the state. Now they are going to lease it to shexscammer so he can build what he wants, isn't that the same thing????? _________________ Mastergunner, supporter of hardheads for state fish of Texas |
