| Apologize for not posting earlier today. Went out to the jetty at daybreak with a pint of shrimp. The surf was blown out and I didnt even try to fish the surf but my intentions were sheepies on the channel side which was nice n flat with a few swells moving through. Fished from daybreak till 12 noon and left with 4 sheepies, number 5 eluded me for prolly the last two hours. I figure i saw 10-15 keepers between the follks fishing this morning. I caught them with live shrimp off the bottom or a 6-8 ft drop off a float. I saw others catch with ghost shrimp or fresh dead off the bottom too. |
