Proper diagnostic proceedures before buying!
The truck or the relay...
Anything can be simulated, including the function of a relay. there are a few items that control the pump/relay such as oil pressure, ignition and so on.
Seems as thought there might be a mis-diagnoses already taking place if the pump was replaced and it still doesn't work. Ya Think! |

absolutley....also, the fact that the pump doesnt work means the truck is not driveable which might be a way to hide problems that you can only determine by driving the vehicle. _________________ "When times are tough,

I didn't say don't buy the truck, I just think you should have it checked if you don't have the tools or experiance.
I have purchased some great beach vehicles that didn't run in my time.
Figure in what it will cost to get it fixed when making an offer. Oh! and make the offer really low, if you think it's too low, offer less. I have taken ownership of perfectly good running vehicles as low as $200.00
$50.00 for a Toyota on a hook once, it needed a distributor.

Its hard for me to factor those things into my offer...I literally know almost nothing about working on vehicles other than tire & oil changes but im searchin around...very soon I will no longer be goin surf fishing in my Taurus with my little son surrounded by gear in the back seat. _________________ "When times are tough,
