Fished the Boat Hole this morning and on top of catching a couple of reds I saw 3 sea turtles. Anyone else seeing them? I have seem them on the beach or surf but never in the boat hole. They were awesome to watch!

I have seen plenty in the Humble Channel. Actually a funny story. I was wading in there one winter and I was catching some trout nothing huge but good eating size. This guy wades next to me and laughs and says why are you throwing that old fashioned shrimp tail. I told him thats all i throw in here in the winter and that I catch a lot of trout on them. He laughs and throws his secret weapon plastic and his rod bends over. He says this is the way you do it you can learn something here. He hooked a turtle and his face turned red as an apple and I told him thanks for the lesson bud. He packed up his crap and left.

Saw Ridleys out there all summer. Sure is good to see so many. Everywhere I went this year I saw turtles.
