Just fish a popular tourist area like the jetty and they'll never check you anyway.

renewed at my local feed store w/out a wait last 2-3 yrs...
just dont wait till 4pm the day before dove season
seems like all of Harris and surrounding counties wait to re-new after noon Aug 31...
they can remember beer, shells and camo clothes before they show up, tho

I was able to get my resident license last time out as we claim TX. as our (home)
I got it last April, and it says it's good till this following April 2013---
so good for 1yr from date of purchase--is that because I did NOT add the hunting part??
