Hey all, if I was to try and put together a 3-day unique surf/pier fishing tournament, what dates this fall would be best and not conflict with other major tournaments?

My first thought was for the week after Labor Day. Should be in the middle of the "bull run" and hotel prices drop big time starting that week.
