The proposed package does not include anything for the Park Road 22 bridge nor for canal construction. The Packery Project TIRZ would remain untouched, and the Packery TIF would expect $20 million as a result of the increase in property property value.
After her presentation, I suggested to Toby Futrell that the City invite Schlitterbahn to assist in the design, construction and operation of the Packery jetty parks and their concessions.
