** my first post!**
My name is brandon and im from san angelo texas. ive been in corpus christi for 3 years now and am totally addicted to salt water fishing! i have an awesome condo on north beach and tryin to fish as much as possible. I look forward to sharing stories and pictures and totally open to learning more about spots to fish or possible meeting some of yall if yall need a fishing buddy!
Well when we set out on saturday morning it seemed to be a good day of fishing, nice temp and calm winds. as we launched the boat we all felt that hint of cold air at once... about that time the temp dropped about 10 degrees and that north wind kicked in..being our only day off of work we set out anyways down the king ranch shoreline and drifted (fast). seemed like we were the only boat still trying to fish out there as we saw all of the others headed in. overall had a good day of fishing though. the trout were biting and I got my first flounder to the boat but he got off... we took 4 specks over 20" and a couple other keepers.

Welcome! The fish were biting after the front but we'd had enough "fellowship" in that wind and headed in. _________________ Like Corpusfishing.com on Facebook! |
