Yes. I got a some. Not too much though. It was a good yard soaking rain without too much run-off. We may finally get the burn ban lifted in Bexar County.

Cripes................. this spring I got my maters and peppers planted and then we had the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th comings of Noah spread only through maybe a month........................ then almost nothing all summer................................... now Noah has arrived again!!!!!
I got so damn tired of going out to the garden to wipe the mud off the plants, pruning or pulling hail damaged plants from 3-4 hail storms, holding "their hands" and telling them that it was being okay, it took what is usually a relaxing and rewarding past time and turned is into pure STRESS!!!! Now all we have out there are greens of many types, but they still aren't RICE! _________________ Dave

we have had maybe 2-3 inches all year at my house, even the rocks are schriveled up.

It took me a few moment on "Please explain the concept", and then logic kicked in and I figure that you mean the concept of RAIN!!!! _________________ Dave

Water, water everywhere!!!!! We live about .75 miles from the foothills of the Ouachita Mountains, which drop off into a flood plain with an old defunct golf course. The pooch and I exercise over there. After that last "Texas Toad Strangler" (not to be confused with a "Florida Frog Choker") I went over there (two days back) and for acres and acres and a good 2-3 hundred yards from the creek the water had been 4+ feet deep and ripping!!!! ALL of the plants are laid flat, facing downstream!!!! _________________ Dave
