water to the dunes already. High tide is at 9.25 pm. Ranger said that most likly they were going to close beach. I stopped in a bobhall pier and the water was up to the parking lot in some places. I just wasted 70 dollars worth of gas. Ranger told me that some people have already lost there stuff to the surf.

Checked it out on the way to the grocery store just now. There were some water trails almost to the turnaround at Whitecap. Hopefully nobody got into trouble down PINS today.

My parents drove out to the beach around 4-5 pm Friday and found the same...tide towards the dunes; choppy/rough waters with waves slapping the bottoms of Bob Hall Pier.
