We went offshore with our friend Andy for a shakedown cruise on the family Hatteras. It was hot but the fishing was slow. Skipper caught a small blackfin tuna and I caught an undersized AJ. No sargassum mats or rips seen. Skipper had never tried Blackfin so we cooked it for him last night. We even did the collar or gill plates and neck. Total cooking time on a rip roaring hot grill was 4 minutes. It was great!

The only meat that can look moist and shredded on the outside, while achieving a medium rare "steak" color in the middle. Very nice presentation. Bet it was yummy. Cool

You need to add a "Jealous" Emotiocon. Very Happy
