The gentleman we lease our dove lease from has another lease available, the folks that usually get that lease backed out this year. the lease is up just a couple miles NW of mathis off 359. its about a mile long, 106 acres (long and skinny). it has 3 tanks, and runs $2500 with I think a limit of 15 people.
so get your buddies together, or maybe get folks together from the board and go in on the lease. 15 people makes it $166 a person, which is cheaper than my lease.
ask if you want more details, or if you're very interested and have the $$, I'll just pass you on to the owner. I get nothing out of this, the owner just asked me to put out word.

it takes an act of congress just to herd enough cats together AND get their $$ for the lease I get together. its a lot of time and effort that doesn't have any personal benefit.
I'm just passing it on to y'all to see if anyone feels like taking up the cause. that's unless you all feel like paying for my spot, then I'd consider doing all the legwork.
need more interest though.
