Went offshore this morning with skipper and 2 other guys. Left packery at 5:15AM! Got 30 miles out to find a rip and weed line. Trolled and caught some dolphin and a 18 pound wahoo. First wahoo in 8 years and first texas wahoo ever! Trolled some more and caught more dolphin. Got in the water and swam and video'd them. Skipper hooked into a 15-20 pounder and I video'd the fight from under water then a wahoo showed up never seen a wahoo while swimming with it!!! I should have shot the fish with my spear while he was fighting it but I didnt want him to get mad at me. Ultimately he lost the fish due to many weeds and light line on a spinning reel. May have got him on video havent watched them yet. Then skipper was casting a bomber lure while we were swimming around the boat and he was reeling it in I watched a school of dolphin chasing the lure and another wahoo moving in really fast but the dolphin nailed the lure and the wahoo just watched.... I had just lost my spear shaft in another mahi so I was done spearing for the day. That wahoo was within range to shoot but I didnt have a spear shaft or a float line ready so.... Then we ran to the rigs caught 2 cobia and shot some nice mangrove.

Total count is 36 dolphin, 1 wahoo, 6 or so mangrove and 2 cobia!

Will post pics soon...

Here is the dolphin skipper missed...! Rubbing salt in the wound!!!!!! The fish i thought was a king was a wahoo.

After I asked if i could shoot it he said yes but I figured he should fight that fish...

The last 5 seconds there is a slight flash in the center of the screen but it is hard to see.
