We have been jonesing for oysters and Saturday my wife said she wanted to pick some up from Charlie at Morgan St. Seafood. I told her I thought they closed at noon on Saturday. She got over there at 1pm and Charlie was in his car and about to leave but opened up the store for her and two other customers until they were taken care of. He remembered us and we got a third of a sack of oysters for $25. I think minus two duds there were 99-100 oysters. They are plump and juicy this year with a little brine taste not too salty and not bland.
