I have heard of people going up in there. I always see a truck with a little trailer parked over by the bridge to flour bluff. Im always curious too. I know a few people who wade it and do alright every now and then. From what I have seen and heard its a muddy bay.

I know a crab fisher goes in there. I think there was a lot of debris dumped there over the years.

It would be really nice if we could keep it that way.
Power boats have everywhere else to churn the water and make the waves.
Please ... keep OSO bay for wade fishermen and kayaks.

Nice! start the PB issue up again. Laughing

That's it! I'm going in, raise the jack plate and throttle up! Laughing Laughing Laughing

All kidding aside, you can have the OSO, I can't get past the memory of the stench that used to roll off of that pond when the wind blew towards the golf course.

I apologize ... I did not mean to start anything or open an old debate.
I was just thinking that it would be nice that at least one place be reserved for the waders and kayak's.

Wishful thinking perhaps.

Willee, That is a back yard boat. If you to the Oso, you will lose all fishing karma that the Ol' Girl has, then you will never catch fish anywhere. Shocked Shocked Confused

Yeah ... looks like a very stable boat.
Got most of the paperwork done today.
Now all I need to do is get her out and on some fish.

It has been a few years since I have had a power boat.
Anyone willing to go on a fishing trip and share some knowledge?
Just bring some Shiner Bock.

Oh no ... I would rather wade fish or Kayak the OSO around the bridge and the main channel. I would not take a power boat past the CC bay bridge.
In fact I was asking if it might be possible to keep OSO bay a wade fishing or Kayaking area only.

If I remember correctly Baffin Bay can also be a real treacherous place if you dont know the area.

I peeled the letters off the Flat Bottom Girl ... Stan was talking about naming his next boat that also ... did the good krama go with them?
I guess that boat is well known ... is that a good thing ... Rolling Eyes ...

Anyone needing a ride for a fishing trip I would be happy to have the company.
