Well one of my bearings took a dump the other day. So I'm stuck on dry land until I get it fixed.. I got the old hub off and the end of the axle is egg shaped I guess it got ruined when the bearing failed.. It looks like I am going to need a new axle , hubs on both sides and some new bearing buddies.. I work every day and I really want to go fishing on Sunday.. So I am going to go wherever I can that's close to my house before work tomorrow.. I'm thinking husky over on ayers? I live off Weber so that's not too far.. I'm no trailer expert so is there anything I should ask for in particular? How much you guys think this will set me back? A couple hundred bucks?

If your still running leaf springs you might want ro consider a torsion axle, if your gonna change an axle anyway, Charlie had a good stock of both the last time I was there.

If you don't get it back together by Sunday your welcome to ride along with me, lots of room on the boat.

mike at expert welding is a great guy and will do any thing to help you out he can. He is not any higher than any one else and plus he may be able to weld in a new end in your axle if it's still in good shape but he will make you any axle you need. give him a call 852-0421

You can get new spindles welded on your axle if it is still in good shape. I would go that route...Adios
