| Anyone know of a shop that will fab up a trolling motor mount for my trolling motor? I can't mount one on the bow and so I need a simple, angled, 8" long aluminum tube with a face plate on each end. I've asked around, but have limited knowledge of aluminum fab shops. I've considered putting a poling platform on the boat with a trolling mor bracket built in, but a simple mount would be nice.... |

| There is a great one in Rockport but I do not know the name of his company. He build an aluminum boat for Perry Bass. |

| In Aransas Pass there is a guy named Danny Hubble that does that type of work. (poling platforms, bow rails, etc) His business is called Coastal Aluminum designs in Aransas Pass( 758-3334) He is the brother of Ronnie Hubble who started Ronnies Marine. You may want to give him a call. He has been around boats for a long time. |

DMR Services in Portland was a Sharkathon sponsor last year so we checked him out soon after. He did some great aluminum work on our boat tower and was very fast and reasonable.

They have an excellent fab shop,specializing in aluminum.
I just had a piece built for my boat by them and they were very reasonably priced and quality job done.
