I WISH I HAD CAUGHT THIS 8 FOOT SHARK!

Sadly, this noble beast had died and drifted up on the PINS around the 21 mm. I didn't see any hook or leader...

Any one know what type of shark he is?

Looks like a Mako. Looks a little skiny.

Thanks for the help guys!

A true shame... The fish was "very fresh" when I spotted it at 8am. I would have loved to have had that fight!

You should have seen all the "tourist" taking photos with the fish. They pushed it up on shore, posing mightly... really sickened me... my truck almost lost control.... opps... you know what I mean!

thats a mako!thats stange i seen some guys leaving pins today with a 9'mako in the back thay said thay caught it around the 30. Confused

Yeah, I know some guys that saw them picking it up this afternoon. They had a whole story that didn't make any sense, but I will let the real story come out by the real sources. They didn't catch that fish.

I was around the 4wd drive sign today and saw some guys in a blue pick-up with a big shark in the bed don't ,know what kind, the guys looked pretty young.I was gonna try to talk to them but when i started walkin toward the truck they sped off. Probally the same guys u saw, cuda
