| I might have a chance to take a job requiring me to move to the Liberty/Dayton area. Anyone familliar with this area? How far is it to HI or other good fishing spots? |

My mother lives in dayton and we used to go down to highisland and the weekends quite a bit. It maybe a hours drive maybe less, never really timed it.

its a easy ride to beach, hi island, bolivar,sabine pass and all of east texas
its a 3.5 hour to padre I live in north east houston 34 miles west but spend a lot of money in liberty and own property in dayton, galveston bay and trinty bay are maybe 30 minutes south |
