I had to put my truck into 4wd low this morning on my commute to downtown Austin from Leander!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a low water crossing near my home and it was 19 degrees in the creek bottom this morning. Coming in, the exit side of the crossing is steep. Well, all the water that drains on to the road was frozen solid on that incline. I had to put the truck into 4wd low to climb that hill.
Do you have any idea how often I my truck goes into 4wd in Austin????
NOT OFTEN!!!!!!!!!!! _________________ GoinCoastal aka Cap'nSherbet |

I have seen some cedar cutters up till the 1970s in the hills where >1 miilion$$$ homes are now. Those guiys where probably the few that even came close to needing it in Austin _________________ Ahh sand between my toes! |
