Anybody know of an easy place to fish using 2wd - my wife & kids will be with me this weekend ? It's more of a mess around trip. Any action at the Jettis? JP Lubby? _________________ Coach

| Give the Fish Pass Jetties a try. There's structure that can hold some fish and plenty of beach for the kids to play on. |

Yeah, either the FP or Port A jetties should be good right now, and with plenty of beach to play on.
Heard that the Sheepy bite is on in Port A, so pick up some live shrimp and lemon cork rigs with 3-0 circle hooks.
The big reds should be in the channel, if you dare fish bottom at the Port A jetty. If you do, use circle weights and hooks on single drop leaders. Should help from getting tangled up too many times. Also, hold your rod tip up as high as possible and reel really really fast to put your bait up on plane and get over the rocks on the way in.
Good Luck and tight lines! _________________ Give a man a fish, feed him for a day.
