Set up early Saturday morning, the current was really rolling through the channel. That poor little shrimp made a lot of trips out until he finally got air sickness and let go.
I caught one rat red and let him go. After a few hours, four passing showers and a really persistant pelican I let go and ran over to Port A.
All I caught there was a monster sized Piggy-where are they coming from-last weekend they were at old Packery park-you could grill these things!
Anyway. still better than being at work.
Maybe when it warms up!!!

You just need to lighten up the drag a little and those Piggies turn into real fishing fun. Plus everyone around you gets a little excitement. _________________ Tis but a flesh wound. |

Hey Will-Shooter, we were out there too by the wreck. Spent the night out there on Friday and went back Saturday morning. Nothing but Hardheads and one whiting wiht some big piggies thrown in. Saw 2 boats tugging on what looked to be oversize drum but we never connected with anything major -- still was great to be out. _________________ "Careful man, there's a beverage here!" -- The Dude |
