Men I need a letter to Commissioner John Parker as to how the Red Snapper new more restrictive Federal rule will kill your business. He will be meeting with the Governor Tuesday so these letters have to go quick.
Letters should come from Reef Fish Permit holders,Chambers of Commerce,Mayors,
Local businesses anyone that closing the Red Snapper Fishery due to current 2009 Season will effect. The Commissioner needs these letters asap.
I need a letter from every Charter Captain on the Texas Coast. Men we need your help so call your friends and make sure they do get a letter off.

| IFQ's are not the way to go. Flexibility in the Magnuson via Congress is the only way to save Red Snapper Fishing in Texas. We need letters from anyone the new rules will effect. |
