There have been some really great reports from the jetties, does anybody know if the flats have been doing well?

Tried the flats out yesterday after just missing the jetty bite around 2 pm and had no luck. We threw some plastics and tried some live shrimp under a popper. Water and wind were good just had no fish. A couple of boats stopped by...not for long though.
