I just spent the last hour cooking venison chili and antelope backstrap then log on to check the fishing reports and see this...way to perfect of timing!!!
Drove up to the hill country and got some "free range" venison and antelope the other day from: http://www.brokenarrowranch.com/Articles/Articles-RanchvFarm.htm
Oh, the freshly made venison chili on my stove is goooood! _________________ Become a part of the food chain, wade fish.
