Saturday 20th BHP and Fish Pass

Went to BHP around 10:00am. Within 5 minutes I caught a 24" spec on soft plastics. I also hooked a few Smacks and landed one. Fished until about 2:00pm and caught many whiting, a few small reds, and some blue runners. Left when the green water was gone.

Went to Fish pass around 4:00pm. Fished with shrimp and caught allot of small whiting and undersized reds. No keepers.

There was not much weed at all in the water. If it had not been so sandy I think the smacks would have been thick. I also saw a huge shark cruising down the second bar at BHP right at noon. It was as long as the pier is wide and it was moving north with t he current fairly fast. It went right under me and few others saw it also.
