I have a 6 foot wide, 7 foot long, and 6.5 to 6 foot high (because of decline roof for water drainage), and I never use it.
It is partially insulated (started but never complete). It is 1 year old, and heavy, heavy duty. You can push on it as hard as you can and it won't bend, or sway any what so ever.
Complete, it is worth every bit of $500-$700 dollars. It does need some touch ups from the high winds, but very minor stuff like putting the door back on that was left open to flap in the wind. A piece of plywood for the floor. Just minor stuff.
I'll sale it for $150 obo. if you come and get it in the bluntzer area, or I will deliver for a total fee of $200 obo. anywhere in the Corpus area or nearby surrounding areas.
I'd recommend letting me deliver considering it is heavy duty, thus heavy. I have the help and equipment.
