I would imagine PINS will follow the example and go from $20 to $30 for a annula pass. Still a bargain though.

For you disabled vets out there you can get a lifetime pass called a Golden Access Passport. All I did was so them my VA identification card and they gave me one at the visitor center on PINS..
Good at most federal parks and wildlife places.

Any disabled person can get the Golden Access Passport.
It's free and good for life.

If you are over 65, you can get the Golden Age Passport.
One time fee of $10, good for life.

It will get you and anyone in your vehicle in for free and half price camping..

Good at at all National Parks, Forest Service, Wilderness Areas and Corp of Engineers locations.

My partner and I spend 30.00 a year. 20.00 to get on the PINS. 10.00 to get in the basin. We were told that you had to buy the PINS to get to the basin.

You do have to buy both passes to use the bird island basin area. Expect that to be $40 total after the increase hits. Still a great bargain though. Look at how much you get for what you are paying. There isn't anyother park you can even compare it too.
