on the weekend of september 15 i will be headed to the coast and stay in a condo around bob hall pier. early in the morning i will fish the south packery jetty in hopes of reds and trout or smacks. late at night i will fish bob hall deep cuz i know the first 3 guts will be packed with people. i will slideline one and keep two baits on the bottom.

hopefully a good setup that will catch me some fish.
some advice on where to fish on the south jetty to catch some fish will be appreciated

and also are the mullet in migration and are they easy to cast net right now

The migration isnt in full swing yet but from the reports i have been reading they are starting to move. With that it seems there has been an increase in red activity in the surf. Should only get better as time goes by. I havent been down in a couple of weeks but heard you can cast net some rather easy if you can find them.

Cant really help with SPJ, i usually start about half way down and work my way to the end.

Hope this helps some, good luck though. The 15th is a pretty ways off so no telling what the weather is going to be like. The weather always determines where and what ill be fishing for.
