5:30 - Social; 6pm Meeting begins; 7:15 Final questions from audience

State Owned Submerged Land and Wetlands - Presenters include TGLO Surveyor David Pyle; Jesse Solis and Jennifer Stephens from the Permit Service Center; Lloyd Mullins, US Army Corps of Engineer; and Charles Belaire, Belaire Environmental. Questions to be addressed include: What are State Owned Submerged Lands (SOSL) and who owns them? What are patented submerged lands and what is a local example? What is a wetland? How is it determined if a wetland on a barrier island is a wetland or an isolated wetland not subject to USACOE? Who should someone call if they suspect illegal activity? Are economic & cumulative impacts considered when issuing permits? Join us for this informative presentation and discussion. Bring your best questions for this group.
