After dinner decided to go out in the water and see what's what. Went out to the surf this morning and didn't do worth squat. The only live fish that I caught with my cast net was a little whiting and I put it on. I got a hit but didn't hook himself. Other than that that was it.
Hit the water about 6:45 or so and made one long drift. The wind was very cooperative as far as wind speed and direction. I wound up with four red fish 25, 26, 21, 27. Also got three trout between 15 and a half and 17. Fun evening.
