Had a doctor's appointment this morning and then I was going to go to Whataburger for some breakfast then go play pickleball. Get out of doctor's office with two and a half hours before pickleball would start so I decided I was going to go home and jump in a boat instead. Also, I won't be able to fish next couple days because I have got 11 volleyball matches to call at local tournaments. Went out to my honey hole and immediately pick up two trout and a flounder. After about 40 minutes out there I couldn't stand it anymore. It was so hot with no breeze at all that I came home.

Scaled it deboned it and cut some crabs off the dock. Ready to be stuffed for dinner.

My son caught a red fish over by sulfur road to take home for dinner. When he cleaned it it was full of perch and shrimp.

Went out after dinner and watching the 6:00 news and did pretty well. Wound up with five trout and on the way back in treated to a beautiful sunset
