My distant observation of the marina tells me there has been no positive change lately, and was wondering if anyone can give us an update on the marina and/or the development of other alternative Flour Bluff boat ramps for the public. Question

I talked to Blair yesterday. He does all the maintenance for them. He said everything is still private. You can only use the launch if you rent out their rooms or if you store stuff in there storage units on Waldron or actually have a slip that you bought for them. Other than that it's a no-go.

The last time this was discussed very extensively there were reports of alternatives possibly being developed, so those went by the wayside for one reason or another, or is an alternative still in the works?

who's Blair? he's got to be getting bored if he's the manager of a ghost town..

there's potential hope on the horizon with the old C&W's....stay tuned

interesting; he bough the old C&W's back in 2021? just been slowly running people off and sitting on it? Big Box Waste has been a supported of the Big Shell Beach Clean up; I think? I'll double check that...

but, at C&W's someone has rebuilt the attendant piers and re-opened the launch... seen one person go in and out of there, but it was an old man who claimed his son is the on-site manager...Brandon from Sea Tow is stowing a few boats there for a bit, but didn't seem like he was going to be going in and out of there...

Blair down at Bluff Landing sounds like the Maytag repairman - sitting around doing nothing...that's got to get old at some point

To confirm, is C&W the former Little Wiggler’s?

Will the launch be open to the public for a fee?
