Was originally going to go out with my son to do some fishing but I decided to need exercise and said so I went in to play pickleball. Nobody else showed up. I guess I scared him off with my great pickleball skills. Lol. Then I had to deal with people at Firestone who screwed me over and finally came home drank a beer and said I'm going out. Called my son and he was not around because he was helping out at Seashore Middle academy cafeteria giving out Thanksgiving dinner for the kids. Anyway!
Things turn around when I hit the water. The one spot hours going to go to was already occupied by two other fishermen from Mike canal so I tried several different other areas. If I was fishing with other people I probably wouldn't have cut as many fish as I did today because it took a lot of patience and a lot of time to drift through various to find fish. If I was with others I'd be probably moving from here to there to everywhere trying to get them on fish. Anyway, I did wind up catching 17 trout and two redfish. Four of the trout were over 20 in. The two pictured went 24 and 25. As is usually the case, everything was released.

| Very nice! I haven't noticed you using the dropper under the spook rig lately. |

| When things are working on simple soft plastics why move to anything else. When I head up to New Mexico soon I'll be doing that with a fly rod on the Rio Grande |
