My son caught a redfish yesterday and fileted it last night. This fish had in its stomach 15 normal sized shad and one large piggy perch. And it was still biting on my son's line. Never seen that much stuff in one fish's stomach - my son said the stomach almost looked like a baseball. He took a picture of the contents, but I haven't established a photo sharing account yet. I'll try to work on that.

Actually, it looks like one of the shad is actually a toadfish (I think). My son also caught another redfish the next day and it had also gorged itself (maybe because of the full moon?) and had shrimp, crab, and finfish in its stomach, although not quite as much as this one.

Zia, thanks for offering to post the pic for me. I needed to figure this out, though, so that was the push I needed. Now I can post pictures going forward.
