Need some info. Going to take my grandkids down PINS in June. I have f150 fx4, so I covered there. I am taking 2 t posts, some shovels, and a winch. What else do I need to take to make sure I have everything I need if I get stuck.

Thanks

You plan on taking t posts?
Are those going to be anchor points for winching yourself out of soft sand?
IMO a better anchor point is to take an old tire along, loop a tow strap through the tire and bury it at least one foot deep in the sand. Hook your winch into the exposed end of the tow strap.
Take extra tow straps.
Have fun hope you no issues with being stuck.

Just use your spare for a Deadman. All you ever realy need is a shovel and a strap. Best pointer I ever got was a 1-2 gal weedsprayer bottle of fresh water for rensing stuff, have not even done a daytrip without one since.

5 gallon bucket, shovel, tow strap, tire plugging kit and pump. That's pretty much all I've ever carried.

Test your 4x4 before you go. Mine went into lo but didn’t lock. Found out on the beach.
