This morning the gulf was still only a 3 or 4 for clarity.
I went wade fishing with live shrimp. The breeze was strong enough that I could not cast in a fan pattern to cover an area. I could only cast down wind.
I had to keep side stepping to cove the area. I did harvest one slot red.

Update Saturday evening is that the surf water clarity has not improved.
If my original report put the clarity at 1 this evening it is 1.5.
IMO stay home.

I drove out there about noon after playing a couple hours of pickleball and it definitely was ugly. And there wasn't much going on as far as beachcombing.
