My two sons have been talking and they decided that I needed a new dock in my backyard. One lives here on the island the other one came in from Phoenix. The three of us worked real hard all week and the two of them came up with good ideas and not only helped out physically but monetarily. Two awesome sons. When we started taking the decking boards off we realized that none of the joist had hangers that were attached anymore and they just fell off into the canal. I don't know how it didn't just fall apart and it had me swimming away. Here are some pics of the work.

That's what happens when you raise them right. You have every reason for being a proud father.

Son of a gun, Looks like you have two.
Excellent framing, could not be any cooler for you and your boys to accomplish.

You look proud Zia, and you should be.

All three of us were in agreement when we finished; we wouldn't want to do this as a full-time job. Seeing the finished product is rewarding but it was cuff work. Those 10 ft treated lumber are heavy
