I love the detail that most creatures show under close examination. Redfish don't seem that interesting given just a casual glance. Yes, they're sturdy and well built fish, but aside from a nice bronze coloring they don't exactly seem like exotic National Geographic material ...until you look a little closer. From the scars and scratching across the cornea to the details on the iris, the fish almost has the Eye of Sauron glaring back, angry that I fooled him into eating that little crab fly.
