Haven't been down to the coast in a while so all I can do is scout out places to fish with google maps. Ran across something unusual at Ransom Point

| That is a breakwater put in place to reduce erosion on the shoreline from the southeast wind and wakes off the tankers going into port. I see several people fishing either inside or outside those rocks, depending upon the wind. |
