"Karen" can eat a bag of phallic symbols when it comes to any mask requirements.

Really funny. So those of us at risk or compromised should be happy withr decisions to not wear masks or distance appropriately. Even our governor backed down after SA recorded the highest one day increase in Covid cases. Stay safe.

Wearing a mask is so easy to do, if for no other reason then to show concern for others. What is it, are some afraid they will lose their manhood?

The other day when I was playing softball an Hispanic friend of mine said something really funny. He was heading over to Stripes one evening and he thought to himself " An Hispanic male, wearing a mask walking into a Stripes store at 11 at night."

Yep, what your hispanic friend was referencing has been a big problem for those trying to police the recent protests, due to those with destructive intensions hiding amongst those wanting to exercise their 1st Amendment Rights and protect themselves from the virus.
However, my wife and I have had no one associated with us, or our family, affected by the Chinese Virus until this AM when we learned one of our nieces's father, a tug boat captain, died of the virus this AM. One never knows where they are going to pick this bug up, so the sooner everyone takes the necessary precautions the sooner we can all relax about it.

LoneOak,
actions have consequences.
Whatever you did to become at risk is your business and should not strip me of my liberty.
Quit whining and take responsibility for yourself.
How did you even get to the point that you think this way?
If any of you intend to survive this virus, you better get exposed to it during the summer. The people encouraging behavior that will delay exposure until our immune systems are at their weakest during the winter (which is also when everyone is huddled together indoors) do not have your best interests in mind.
Why are you taking advice from people who want the greatest number of deaths?
Do you even put your hand over your heart and sing along anymore to our national anthem? Do you feel like a hypocrite singing the last verse?
Because we are not free and you are not brave.

Hey Salt,

Did not mean to step on your toes. You are certainly entitled to live your life as you see fit. So am I. So it must be someone's fault if they are at risk? Interesting theory--I would like to see your proof. How about all the Nam vets who were exposed to agent orange--their fault? The ones I know are certainly social distancing and masking up. Do what you will.. My prayer is that everyone stays well.

Truce.
Sorry if I was too harsh, but I was one of the first to get it around Halloween of last year and it was nowhere near as bad as the flu.
The politics being played and the harm being done are sickening.
Multiple suicide attempts every day here in Nueces county but only one or two Covid deaths per month.
The cost of quarantine is much higher than just letting the disease run its course would be. Deaths, money, everything.
Catching Covid and surviving improves the human race.
So does catching it and dying.
Or does survival of the fittest only apply to others?
Cowering in fear and being manipulated only makes the corrupt, ultra-rich even richer and more corrupt.
