Went out this morning about 9:30 to do my social distancing and could hardly find any clean water any place in the upper Laguna. Everything looked like brown tide color. Finally went over into nighthawk and there was a small strip on the east shore line that was clear but by noon it was brown as well. I did finally find some fish back there and probably caught eight keepers but they were all barely keepers. Had to use purple paddletails and the bite was slow at best. All released.
