What Would Zia Do?
I got home early enough for a quick drift and I figured if I did not go, Zia would post pics and I would be sorry.
Fog was terrible. A boat cut off my drift to ask directions, so I moved and did a second drift.
Ended up with two decent trout. 17 and 20 inches.
Tried several lures but they only hit Trout Support fished super slowly.
Bought one of the 6th Sense Speed Glide lures at Academy.
When the sun came out Sunday afternoon, they were murdering it.
If you folks have not tried Glide Baits, you should check out some videos.
There is nothing quite like them. Be warned. They are the most expensive lures on the market. They are worth it.

Too funny. I was on my way back from the big shell clean up and I saw the headline and I almost spit my Coke all over my windshield I was laughing so hard.

Zia would have caught a limit of trout and a bonus oversize redfish or two. Too funny.
