|
|
With all this absolutely beautiful weather than I brought home with me from Illinois (Gov. Bloggo and all) and Kentucky, I figured on getting around to sharing a few pics of the, I think, one day this winter that the sun came out and the surf was nice.
See ya'll tomorrow at the cleanup.
Deer!
Sunrise.
The beginning of the great wood debacle of 2019. Love it! Wish it handn't been moved, maybe slow down some of the 40 mph through rv camp fools....
Storming!
And finally, a beautiful day in January for camping with the family!
And just look at em come....
But what a day.
Doesn't get much prettier.
And what a low water!
My son! Jonathan. 6 months!
Dunno where this fool came from....
All smiling like he was gonna catch a fish....one whiting all day I think it was that day....
But sure was pretty.
Ghost shrimp holes!
What a morning.
Ghost shrimp!
And Elizabeth had an absolute ball, running and splashing...plus, she loves birds!
Love it.
"Big big, Bird!!!"
And the blue herons fought a little bit over this spot!
And Elizabeth began carrying around the same mullet all afternoon....
And we found....starfish!
And I suppose that is what it's all about! Sure is!
That's all I got! Tomorrow is the Big Beach Big Billy Big Shell Big, Big Cleanup....err something like that, see ya'll there. Maybe we'll earn some good karma for our efforts and be blessed with a half way decent surf fishing day soon... _________________ Protect Padre at all costs for future generations to use and enjoy and never forget our freedoms aren't free.

Thanks for sharing, Colin. What a great family.
I am trying to figure out what the "T" structure is out in the water....don't remember ever seeing that if it's a rig or what. |

Your daughter running and splashing water is an absolutely fantastic picture! _________________ "Money will buy you a fine dog, but only love can make him wag his tail." - Kinky Friedman

| Holy cow! Your daughter is BIG. I seem to remember just a week or 2 ago that you were having your first kid. Now I see 2... Time flies. |
