I've been trying to fin the map that shows where free parking spots are on the beach. I've seen it on here before but I can't find it anywhere I have searched. Con someone post it up so I can save it??

The reclaimed section of the State Park from Newport Pass Rd. north to the old bollards is a no-mans-land, as far as I can tell. The Park Police do occasionally patrol there, and the City still does some beach maintenance (at least they were Sunday, moving logs around).
I've asked, and have yet to get a straight answer. You can park there (technically in the State Park) and not pay the fee, and the County Enforcement Trucks don't typically patrol there.
So, does one need a County Parking sticker in that small section???? |
