| Clear green water all the way to the beach, no seaweed or sea snot. Caught about 50 whiting and a few ladyfish. Have no idea where the sharks went. Absolutely gorgeous day to be out there. |

Same for us. Except it was a few hardheads. Could see the shrimp boats in the water Thursday night. Looked like a floating city. No runs on the yaked baits. Could see them sitting on the floor when we dropped them. Some were 4-500 yards out. Couldn't see them as clear as close drops but could still make them out. _________________ Shane |

That reminded me of a shot I took the day or two after the shrimp season opened this year. This was from Access Rd. 3 or so. There were two boats, and this one was under haul! The first one was just as close, right off the bow [but out of the shot]. Don't think I've ever seen them in that close, working!
