We were out there last year in Aug I think.
Bangers running all up and down the pier, friend go one of his rigs stolen BUT a banger he had loaned a lure too found out and then went and got it back for him. Guess there can be an upside to anything. Especially if you are friendly.

I think I know what you mean by a banger?! But wow Thanks for the heads up. We have been coming down there for 20 years and fortunate have never had any stealing issues

One time about 23 years ago some dude in a 67 metallic green impala stole a buddie's tackle box and our ice chest when we were out in the second gut.

| People from the area are awesome. Everytime that i visit the coast, make new friends.... 15 years ago, i discover the passion for saltwarer fishing, learned to fish with dolphin docks, and locals at fhe jetty and pier. The problem are people that are not fisherman. Fisherman have a code of ethics. A real fisherman will never steal, we might lie about the size, but thats about it lol. |
