I've been a member since 2006 and I am retired and finally moving down that way. Looking to buy property in Duval or Live Oak county, 10+ acres, to build a retirement farm/ranch on.. Looking for input about the area.. Yes I speak a small amount of Spanish, been in Austin way tooooo long, don't mind putting buckshot in trespassers supple bum and welcome friends anytime around my camp. I'll be living in a new travel trailer for a while and getting things set up for the chickens I have, goats I want. Also be much closer for those pomp windows and good days in the surf.. So tell something good, bad or indifferent about the area.. I'll read and listen to it all!!
