Since Sheldon is not online, here is some information that may be helpful for you guys. Especially the copy/paste from Word that seems to affect many.

That's some great (nerdy???) info there, that does a good job of explaining the issues with PHP forums.

Anybody remember the paper 'template' that you would overlay on your keyboard in WordPerfect, to be able to type out the correct character strings (bold, italics, tildes, all the funky characters!!), so what appears on the screen was the same that was sent to the printer?

Certainly don't find those for mobile phones.......
