This is when I fish the Rio Grande other day and was using DMAC fly rod to catch brown trout. Here are a few pictures of that day. In the third picture you can see some Canada geese in the background that were unfazed by my walking through the river.
In this last picture I was able to work riffles on both sides of me and pick up some trout as well as smallmouth bass
Weather has been awesome although extremely dry. The last 65 days we had .03 inches of rain. Temperatures are right now are low 40s at night and Low 80s during the day with 4% humidity. |
